This clinic is the absolute worst. I trusted them with my senior dog and completely regret it. During grooming, they dropped my dog — an elderly dog that should have been handled with extra care and patience. Watching that happen was terrifying and heartbreaking. Instead of properly addressing the situation and showing genuine concern, everything felt cold and careless. What upset me even more was how they seemed more focused on protecting their reputation than actually helping my dog afterward. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to deal with the situation because they were worried it would make the clinic look bad. Senior pets deserve kindness, gentle handling, and people who actually care about their wellbeing. Unfortunately, that’s not what we experienced here at all. I would never trust this place again.
