We visited Maruti Pet Care Center, Malagala, Nagarbhavi, on April 4th around 10:15 AM during an emergency, as our regular clinic was closed and this center was suggested by our doctor. They admitted our Shih Tzu quickly and started treatment for high fever, which initially gave us hope. However, what followed was extremely distressing and unacceptable. The staff and receptionist were inattentive and seemed more focused on watching the IPL match (GT vs RR) than attending to a critical patient. Despite repeatedly requesting them to call the doctor when our pet was struggling and showing signs of distress, there was a clear lack of urgency and seriousness. As his condition worsened and he became unresponsive, we requested to keep him under observation for the night to avoid any risk. However, the doctor insisted that he would be more comfortable at home and reassured us that his symptoms were normal side effects of medication. Trusting their judgment, we took him home. Within just 10–15 minutes of reaching home around 2:45 AM, his condition suddenly deteriorated, he started breathing heavily through his mouth, and by around 3:00 AM, we lost him. We rushed him back immediately, but it was already too late. What is even more painful is that only afterward, we were told that the reaction had affected his brain, information that was knowingly withheld from us earlier “to avoid panic.” As pet parents, we had every right to know the truth and be prepared for the seriousness of the situation. Honest communication could have helped us make better decisions for our baby. This has been one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives. We lost our beloved Bablu, who was too young and full of life, and the lack of care, urgency, and transparency made this loss even more unbearable. I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the hospital to take responsibility and improve their professionalism, empathy, and communication. To other pet parents, please be cautious, read reviews carefully, and do not hesitate to seek a second opinion in critical situations. No one should have to go through this pain💔😭 Thank you Dr. Rajath😐

Amazing doctors... They have been saving lives merciless. My first go to place whenever my kids are unwell... Highly recommended as the doctors take care of your fur babies as their own. Thank you so much for your services 🙏🙏

Excellent and knowledgeable doctors — especially Dr. Patil. First, a heartfelt thank you for taking such special care of Maxi, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I understood every part of his treatment. I truly feel I should have brought him to you earlier. After meeting you, I finally had hope that Maxi would be fine and that he was in the right hands. I’m certain that because of you, Maxi felt relief from the swelling and tumor pain during his last few days. In that time, you were like God to Maxi and a savior of my angel to me. The hospital is well-equipped, and the staff members were very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Patil to all pet parents who want the best care for their furry babies.

Dr Nishanth is very helpful and treated my pet with care and urgency as he was suffering from high diabetes and ulcers. The previous vet who I showed him to was very unprofessional and didn't diagnose his issue properly which made his condition worse. I wish I had brought him here sooner so, that he would be in better position healthwise. Very grateful for the treatment he provided for my beloved pet. He's still in recovery hoping for the best!!!

Lifesaver.. Couldn't ask for a better vet clinic in Bangalore. Dr.Nishant and Dr.Lohit are very experienced and they take of your pet very well. Rest assured your pet is in safe hands. The pharmacy and in house diagnostic services makes this an all in one place. They have pet boarding, which is clean and well maintained and also pet swimming pool, which I recommend. This is a one stop shop for all your pet related medical needs.
