The entire staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to help. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced facilities. They explained my pet's condition clearly and guided me through every step of the treatment. Thank you to the entire MaxPetZ team for your compassionate care and dedication. Definitely take your pet here. I have been here for my pet muffin, I would say he was extremely sick, borderline life threatening. He was bleeding from his urine and his CBC and LFT values were very high. Our normal vet couldn’t identify shit. (Doggyworld) There was a foreign object in his stomach. Then, came Dr. Ankita. She is next to God for me, she saved my baby. The staff is courteous, warm and caring. We were there for 20 days, going every night and day and Dr. Ankita helped us thru and thru. She solved his urine problems, scheduled surgery, coordinated with the surgeon, talked with us even when we were at home, made sure his values were down. She is the best, I would follow her to the moon. Me and mom are very anxious as a person, she was very warm and polite. Thank you team MaxVetz 🩷

I am deeply grateful to Maxpetz and especially to Dr. Kunal and his incredible team. As a dog mom to four fur babies, I have high standards for veterinary care, and this hospital has met every one of them. Recently my beloved dog underwent a maxillectomy at this hospital. From the very first consult to the post-op follow-ups, Dr. Kunal explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and took time to make sure we were comfortable with each decision. The surgical team’s skill and compassion were evident throughout. My dog received meticulous care under anesthesia, gentle handling, and attentive monitoring. Recovery went much more smoothly than I dared hope, and that peace of mind came from knowing my pet was in expert hands. Last year another of my dogs had spine surgery here, and that experience was just as outstanding. The physiotherapy and follow-up support made a huge difference in rehabilitation. Both times the nursing staff and support team were kind, professional, and genuinely caring and they treated my dogs like family. What stands out most is the hospital’s combination of advanced medical expertise and warm, human compassion. They communicate honestly, involve you in the process, and never rush you. As someone who lives with the responsibility and worry of caring for four dogs, I feel reassured and thankful that Maxpetz exists. Thank you, Dr. Kunal and thank you to every member of your team. You have my deepest appreciation and my highest regards.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at MaxPetz Animal Hospital, East of Kailash, New Delhi, for saving the life of our beloved son Diesel. On 28th May, Diesel was admitted in a critical condition and was diagnosed with a life-threatening case of Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV). The situation was extremely distressing for my family, but thanks to the exceptional expertise, dedication, and timely intervention of Dr. Rajat, along with Dr. Yash, Dr. Akshit, Dr. Aparna, and their respective medical teams, Diesel was given a second chance at life. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by every member of the hospital staff throughout this difficult time. Their commitment to animal welfare and their tireless efforts made all the difference. I sincerely commend MaxPetz Animal Hospital for the outstanding work they do and encourage them to continue maintaining these high standards of veterinary care.
