My experience at this veterinary hospital was extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. Based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who genuinely cares about their pet.
I found the staff to be negligent, with poor communication and a lack of urgency when my pet needed care. Rather than feeling that my pet's well-being was the priority, I was left with the impression that financial aspects were given greater importance than compassionate treatment and quality medical care.
As a pet owner, you expect empathy, transparency, and professionalism during such a stressful time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that my pet did not receive the level of care I expected
Staff using abusive language on personal phone calls infront of customer which is not acceptable at all doc Bhanu is busy in chit chatting here and there overall it's a nightmare for pets and pet parents

Vartika Ma'am attended to us and thoroughly examined my pet parrot, Raani. She provided a proper solution and handled the situation with an excellent and professional approach

Dont go there otherwise you will regret later, they dont know their work doctors are unspecified. They dont know how to treat dogs and cats .. my dog was covered in blood but they dont stop the blood for half n hour.. lots of blood going out from my pet's wound, they were saying we will control the breathing of your dog then we will do something otherwise go to the other hospital, highly charged just for you guys cannot belive .. they insert bandage in wound and breathing was still fast.. I was thinking that they dont even control the breathing they dont even bandage correctly.. they insert bandage in the wound .. even the wound was very deep they should need to stitches in the wounds but they do nothing ..... they just give us a long list of injections that we did this or that... but we lost lots of blood even no stitches in wounds... next day we took our pet to the moti bag pet hospital under the pool...ndmc hospital... they stitches to my pet in just 5 mins.. they give 2 injections to her... and thats it next day the stitches were dry means .. wounds recovered very fast .. and it's for free of cost..... that hospital is heaven for animals.. guys go there .. dont go to these private hospitals they are just greedy doctors dont even know their work.. and other hand govt. Hospital but highly skilled doctors are there for you and your pets.. thanx me later 🫰💝

I don’t know why I ever go back here. Literally one of the worst vets and money makers out there. After 2-3 years I forget absolutely how terrible they are and end going back for small issues and they are still terrible. Literally went to get a routine allergy vaccine, I get this done for my dog every two month (we have tried everything else under the sun, nothing works) Normally from Dr Choudhary or Dr Rana. Decided to go to them for God knows what reason. The vet said he can’t give the vaccine without a prescription. The juxtaposition of this is insane HE IS LITERALLY A VET AND CAN PRESCRIBE IT. I should have left then. But after asking him ifff he could prescribe it, since he is a vet, he said yes but I’ll have to examine her first. Post examination he said yeah her allergies are bad but just put creams and powders (which we have already done multiple times in the past) and refused to put the injection for her ?????????? Took the consultation money and then tried to sell me said creams and powders. I think before joining here as a vet you first have to learn how to scam people. Save your dog and don’t go here cause in the past they have prescribed multiple tests and screenings that my dog did not need (tried to sell me an allergy screening this time as well). If your dog is very ill they will likely kill it the name of first getting tests done.

The staff was courteous, and the clinic was clean and well organized. The doctor listened patiently to all concerns and provided effective treatment.
I highly recommended Max petz hospital for your pet Treatment.
