Maxpetz Rajouri branch is fantastic. The whole team was kind and professional. I got my cat spayed here and Dr. Neha made sure I understood every part of the post-op recovery. Felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend to all pet parents!
I had a wonderful experience at MaxPetz Rajouri Garden. The staff is very kind, supportive, and caring throughout Noor’s (my cat) treatment journey. A special thanks to Dr. Ankit and Dr. Neha for their dedication, patience, and the way they handled Noor’s case with so much care. Noor was being treated for FIP and a ringworm infection, and the doctors guided us properly at every step. Their efforts, attention, and genuine concern made a difficult time much easier for us and we are truly grateful for the care and expertise they showed. Thank you to the entire MaxPetz team for treating Noor like family and helping him through his recovery. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️
I had a great experience in Maxpetz Rajouri Garden. All Maxpetz's team is very experienced and caring. If u r finding best for your loving pets i highly recommend Maxpetz Rajouri Garden for the care, love and best treatment. Thankyou Maxpetz and their team ...... 🙂
I had a very disappointing experience with this pet shop. There is no proper coordination among the staff, and the customer service is extremely poor. Even after giving a grooming appointment well in advance and arriving on time, the groomer was not available to attend to my pet. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to manage appointments properly. I would not recommend this place if you value your time or expect professional service. They seriously need to improve their staff coordination and customer service.
MaxPetZ or MaxVets Rajori Garden is one of the best clinics I have come across so far. Dr. Ankit and the team are highly professional with the greatest amount of empathy. They are very loving towards animals and my dog Laddu trusts them a lot. Every time I have visited them they have done a lot for my dog. Recently my dog was in a very painful situation and Dr. Ankit was prompt in doing as much as he could to save my dog with his knowledge and technicality in the given area. I am really thankful to the staff there. I hope a lot of other Vet clinics are as good as this place. highly recommend MaxPetZ to everyone.
