I’m really thankful to Dr. Kratika and the team at MaxPetz Shantiniketan. My dog was having a bad gastric issue, and they treated him with so much care and patience. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and the treatment worked really well. It’s reassuring to have a team that genuinely cares about pets.

We brought our dog and the cat to this office for annual checkups and vaccination Dr.Kratika and her staff were very organized and friendly and had everything in detail. They also treated our dog for allergies which was great. Also, our dog comes for grooming there and they are absolutely great! We warmly recommend this SPA and clinic for your pets!
I came to them in April 2024 with a 3 month stray puppy who was alone and infested with ticks. They did not do basic tests like tick fever, parvo and distemper to make sure the puppy was safe and free from these deadly viruses. Dr. Neha only got him bathed with tick-free shampoo and put tick-free powder on him. 2 days later, he was given the first vaccine for parvo and the next day he got sick. Low energy, no appetite, foul smell of poop. I took him back asked Dr. Neha to do parvo test but she said it will come as false positive and put him on drips. She asked me to return next day for the same drip. Next day there was an another Doctor altogether. Dr. Kalpana continued with same treatment despite me telling her to do the tests. When I returned in the evening and the puppy was still not better, I asked her to do rapid parvo and tick fever test (which would come in 24-48 hours). He was positive for parvo virus. While he was receiving his evening drip, the foul smell of poop came again and that’s when Dr. Kalpana informed me to get him admitted to their east of Kailash branch. They didn’t even send me the tick fever report!!! I had to call them repeatedly to get it. In the end, he was positive for tick fever and parvo virus and I had to get him treated elsewhere because both Dr. Neha and Dr. Kalpana were incompetent.
