Have known Dr josan for more than 10 years . He has immense experience when it comes to critical cases . Knowledgable , polite and courteous and one of the best when it comes to result driven treatment . " Highly recommended. " Tht picture attached is my senior gsd post surgery at dr josan.
Very sweet staff, polite and cooperative doctor is very friendly and acknowledges queries and concerns effectively. Not like other pet hospitals at all At metro pet hospital your Dog is treated in the best manner. Always recommended
Dr. Soniya is a magician. We do a lot of rescue work - she has helped us save 3 stray puppies from Parvo. Also Sunil Bhaiya & Dharmendra Bhaiya are very very warm and affectionate with their patients - I think its medicine & love that cures them at this clinic. They have helped me through emergencies & times that I had given up while they refused to
Staff is LOST! Charge EXORBITANT PRICING FOR TESTS AND THEN THEY FORGET TO INFORM THE PATIENT WHATS WRONG WITH THE PATIENT!!! Horrible service
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Two years ago I implanted a microchip to my dog at this Clinic. Today I had to come back there since I was not so sure whether a first digit of this Microchip number was 9 or 8 and I needed to confirm due to some customs purposes. Two years ago when the service was done, I got a label with the number but two years later the first digit is not so clear. They took a scanner, red the number and for this around 3 second service I was asked by a Lady Doctor (Dr. Sonica) to pay 300 rupees!!!. No receipt given. I know that nowadays nothing is for free, I know that 300 rupees possibly is not a big amount of money but I also know that I paid for implantation of the microchip at this Clinic 2 years ago. Due to this I believe that for a such simple and quick number checking I should have not been charged at all. Such a request should be treated like a favor to the old Customer especially that in the past I spent a significant amount of money at this Clinic visiting them on a regular basis – monthly check-ups, blood tests, purchases of food/different products for taking care of my dog/vitamins, etc. I decided to write this comment because after today I feel terribly disappointed of this place. There must be some limit of the... GREED? No more to say but SHAME ON YOU METRO PET HOSPITAL! And definitely one Customer less from today on …
