Extremely disappointing experience. This clinic appears to be run more by assistants and compounders than by Dr. Jain himself, who is rarely available when needed. My dog was suffering from a severe urinary infection and was in so much pain that she could barely walk properly. Instead of identifying the actual problem, Dr. Jain diagnosed it as a hairline fracture and immediately recommended an MRI scan costing around ₹30,000.
The diagnosis turned out to be completely off the mark, causing unnecessary stress, delay in proper treatment, and additional expense. It felt less like a genuine attempt to help a suffering animal and more like an effort to push costly procedures.
On top of that, the consultation and treatment charges are significantly higher than many other experienced and trustworthy veterinarians. When pet owners come in worried and seeking urgent help, they expect accurate diagnosis, professional care, and transparency—not expensive recommendations that don’t address the real issue.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. Even in an emergency, I would prefer to seek treatment elsewhere.

Worst services ever. Dr. Jain is barely available on the clinic while the clinic is mostly run by compounders and other help. My dog had some severe urinary infection, she was in so much pain that she was unable to walk property, while Dr. Jain diagnosed hairline fracture and recommended MRI scan worth ₹30 K to get more clarity. Also the charges are fairly high than other genuine vets. He is just a money making machine without actually doing the work. Very dissatisfied. Even in emergency, I will never recommend this clinic.

I cannot thank Dr. Sanmat Jain enough for his honest and compassionate approach.
My 5-month-old rescue puppy suffered a severe road accident and developed spreading skin necrosis in his hind leg. I consulted three different doctors, and all of them suggested immediate amputation. It was an extremely difficult and emotional situation.
Dr. Sanmat Jain was the only one who said that amputation should be the last option and that we should first try our best to save the leg. He carefully evaluated the case, explained the risks clearly, and started a structured treatment plan with daily monitoring.
Today, the necrosis has been reversed and the leg has been saved. We are now in the healing phase. I truly appreciate his patience, skill, and willingness to attempt limb salvage instead of rushing into surgery.
He is knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cares about his patients.
Highly recommended.

Hi All, when we purchased fairy from Punjab and took her to home she was suffering from Feats and Anaemia she was not well, we showed her to many doctors and all doctors said that its very difficult to save her life, we were not getting what we have to do then some one suggested us to take her to Dr. Sanmat jain he is the best doctor of Delhi Ncr and then we have taken her to him..
And its surprise for us when he started treatment of my Fairy she was going better and she is perfectly good now, we are very thankful to Dr Sanmat Jain for saving Fairy's life..
