I’m honestly super impressed with this pet parlour. The service was amazing and you can really tell they genuinely care about the pets, not just the job. The staff is so friendly and patient, and the owner is really sweet and attentive too. My doggies were handled with so much love and came back looking and feeling great 🥹✨ This is definitely going to be my go-to pet parlour from now on. Highly recommend if you want your pet to be in safe, caring hands!
I had an amazing experience at Ms & Mr Furr. My dog has anxiety issues and doesn’t trust people easily, but the staff was incredibly patient and cooperative. They handled her with so much care that she felt comfortable in no time. After the full spa, she looked happy, relaxed, and got a beautiful haircut. Truly appreciate the kindness of the entire team🤗
I’ve been faithfully bringing my little kaju here for the past 2 years, and it’s hands down the best decision for my fur baby’s grooming needs! The entire team is wonderful, but Ishaan especially stands out — he takes so much personal care with every pet, treats them with incredible gentleness and patience, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. My pup comes out looking fluffy and fabulous every time, with no stress or rushing involved. They handle his sensitive coat and skin perfectly, use high-quality products, and the place is always spotless and calm. Plus, getting the gold/platinum membership has been super fruitful — it’s turned out to be great value for money with the perks, discounts, and priority slots that make regular visits even more convenient and affordable. My boy actually gets excited when we arrive because he knows he's in loving hands.
I’ve been taking my pet Coco to Ms & Mr Fur for grooming for about a year now, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Coco absolutely loves going there, which says a lot because pets can easily sense when they are comfortable and well cared for. The staff is very gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with handling pets. They always make sure Coco is calm and comfortable during the grooming process. Every time we pick him up, he looks so clean, well-groomed, and happy. The place is also very hygienic and well maintained, and the team truly cares about the pets they work with. It’s reassuring to know that Coco is in safe and caring hands whenever we visit. Special mention to the owner for the hospitality he provides to pet parents. Highly recommend Ms & Mr Fur to anyone looking for a reliable and loving grooming place for their pets!
Another great experience at Mr. & Mrs. Fur! This was my second visit for my fur baby's grooming. They are so gentle and loving with the dogs. The owner, Ishaan, was incredibly helpful with Chiku’s diet and explained everything so well—he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pet health and medicine. My mom and I really enjoyed chatting and exchaging stories of Chiku and Nawab with him.
