I’ve been in contact with Dr. Nagpal's Pet Clinic for over 10 years, and I can't express how grateful I am for the care and compassion they provide. Dr. Nagpal always goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to helping street dogs. Unlike many others, he treats them with the same love and care as if they were pets, not just street dogs. It’s a rare quality to find in a vet, and I truly appreciate how he prioritizes their well-being. Thank you so much, Dr. Nagpal, for your unwavering support and for always being there when I need help with these vulnerable animals. I look forward to many more years of working together! Highly recommended!

Dr sunil is very good in his job . And kind hearted. Diagnosis is always right. We are going to him from last 6 years. Many times I take stray dogs to him he charge reasonably. Over all I find him best vet in west delhi.

I took my stray kitten who was badly sick and getting dehydrated, seemed to me that she was dying. Doctor took temperature and told me she got no fever. I told her i can see her dying, if anything can be done plz save her. He told me she is too young for any treatment. Next day she died💔💔😭😭. **He is good doc or bad, i don't know. All i know is, if there was no chance of her surviving he should have informed. Ps: i would never ever visit him again.

This veterinarian KILLED my pup. The time you realise some doctors need to be delisted. This doctor killed my puppy who was so young and did not take any measures at all to save him. I adopted a stray puppy and he was just 1-2 months old. After keeping him for few days I thought, now its time that I should take him to a vet for a regular check up. This was the first time I was taking him to the veterinary doctor. Upon reaching Nagpal's Pet Clinic I laid him on his bed and all of a sudden he started getting inactive an breathless. He couldn't move and was getting difficulty in breathing. I sensed something was wrong and the doctor knew it too. When he saw him getting breathless he asked me why is he not breathing properly. Am I the veterinary doctor that you are asking me such questions rather than checking yourself whats wrong ? Then he started checking the temperature and later left my pup there itself (on the bed) and started talking to me and telling me that he is fine and the temperature is normal. I was like Mister what are you upto ? Can't you see what's happening but I lost my senses as I saw my pup collapse on his bed. I couldn't accept the fact and I picked him up and took him to another vet in the area who declared him brought dead. Well, I was devastated or I better say in shock and panic. I know visits to a vet are never easy for any pet and they get scared too but it is the duty of the vet to make him calm and the reason we go to a vet is to make the health of our pets perfect or see them die at the clinic itself even if the health of our pet is perfectly fine ? This is something worse than euthanasia. My pup was completely fine and healthy. Upon reaching this clinic what exactly happened and what made Mr. Nagpal not take any actions is beyond my thinking ability. Maybe people like him are the culprits for the death of our beloved pets. Vets like him don't give them proper attention and think that they are just mere animals so what even if one dies we can sell them another one. He doesn't know what it feels like on losing your child, your family member. This person will get a lesson from God. He will see his family member die in front of his eyes due to lack of medical attention and medical care because of his insensitive behaviour towards animals. I curse him. I lost my pup because he didn't get proper attention and medical care from this doctor. He is a fraud. I lost one of my family members because of him as I never considered my pup as a pet rather always treated him above my family. If you want to see your pet alive never visit this vet. If you are cool seeing your pet die in front of your eyes then you can visit him anytime.
