This Dr. Naman’s casual and careless approach killed my baby Fifi. A 9-month-old healthy male kitten was taken to him for neutering on 18th Dec 2025, and just within a week he left him with no survival hope. He himself addressed on the first day that Fifi seemed very healthy for his age and absolutely ready for neutering. He took his blood sample and called us the same day saying that all the vitals were normal and surgery could be done the same day. Just one day after surgery, Fifi started having breathing issues. We immediately contacted him. He gave some injections. After a day, Fifi developed fever. He stopped eating and drinking, and his gums appeared slightly pale. Every day we used to visit him, sometimes even twice a day, sharing how Fifi was deteriorating day by day. Initially, he stated that it was just post-surgery stress and depression, but we mentioned that it didn’t seem like just that. After that, he again did an X-ray and mentioned it was bronchitis. He kept giving him fluids and injections every day. The situation started getting worse. Fifi showed blood in his vomit. That’s when we felt we should not waste any more time. We took him to Vetic, where within a few hours we got to know that he was suffering from severe pneumonia. His lungs were badly affected. There was no bronchitis, which Dr. Naman had mentioned. He is such an incapable vet. He couldn’t identify what all the symptoms were pointing towards. If it had been identified on the very first day, my Fifi would have been with us today. He treated our baby with no seriousness and pure carelessness. He should have done all the required tests earlier, considering Fifi’s symptoms, but he is not capable enough to understand what my kitten was going through. Pathetic behaviour. Also, after mentioning this to him, he had zero humanity to even say sorry. This review is not out of any grudge or emotional breakdown. We had trusted him a lot initially, which I feel was the biggest mistake. With all the struggle we lost our beloved fifi this new year 03 ,Jan 2026 and we want each pet parent to know that it was not mistake this doctor did it was his casual approach.

An unapologetic & shameless Dr. Naman — thank you for your carelessness. Worst clinical help one can get for their beloved pet baby ..!! No Grudges..but pure negligence. Kindly check my attached photos what he made my little baby in 1 week. My small kitten fifi died due to the careless approach of Dr. Naman. Even after frequent visits, Dr. Naman was unable to identify that my baby Fifi was suffering from pneumonia. He wasted 7 crucial days with zero understanding of what was happening to Fifi and ultimately pushed him towards death. There is a serious lack of situational knowledge, insufficient staff, and the doctor is not available consistently. The approach was careless and casual, even after realizing that a grave mistake had been made with our pet’s treatment. There was no realization , no accountability, and no apology. I strongly suggest everyone insist on a complete written prescription every time — including each and every medicine, injection, and fluid given to your pet. We were extremely foolish to blindly trust and not demand this. Do not trust Dr. Naman or people like him blindly, as we did. May God return this to you very soon Dr. Naman if you continue to be such careless and ignorant.

Trusting this place was one of the biggest mistakes I have made for my cat. What should have been a simple neutering procedure turned into a nightmare. There was a point where I was honestly scared that my cat might die because of the negligence involved. After the surgery, my cat did not wake up for 2 full days. Those 48 hours were extremely stressful and frightening for me. When he finally woke up, he was breathing extremely fast — almost 120 breaths in just 60 seconds. Watching your pet struggle to breathe like that is heartbreaking. The worst part is that animals cannot speak and tell us what they are feeling, so you feel completely helpless. When I called the doctor, he said it was “normal” and told me the fast breathing was because of neutering pain. Still worried, I took my cat back to him, and he gave a pain relief injection. We waited another day, but the breathing was still very fast. I contacted him again, and again he said it was normal. Something didn’t feel right to me, so I decided to consult another doctor with 15 years of experience. The experienced doctor immediately said this was not normal and advised hospitalization. He clearly explained that anesthesia normally wears off much earlier, not after 2 days. According to him, the IV drip was given too fast, which affected the lungs and caused fluid buildup, leading to rapid breathing. That is when I realized how carelessly the entire procedure had been handled. We trust vets because our pets cannot speak and fully depend on us. One careless decision can seriously risk their life. Please think carefully before choosing this place. I strongly recommend checking the negative reviews as well before making a decision. I would never want any pet owner to go through this kind of fear, stress, and helplessness.
