A veterinary hospital with good doctors and staff. The staff is even better and cooperative and do their job professionally. One star is deducted for overall hygiene. Though whole hospital is under maintenance but operational.
I am writing this review to share my recent experience. I was trying to call this hospital for a long time regarding an emergency case of a pet that had just been hit by a car. Unfortunately, no one answered the emergency contact number despite repeated attempts. In such critical situations, every minute matters. If a hospital provides an emergency contact number, it should be responsive and reliable. This review is not written out of anger but to inform others and to request better emergency support in the future. Even if you do not provide emergency rescue services, the least you can do is answer the phone and guide people on alternative ways to help an injured animal. Ignoring emergency calls is extremely disappointing.
It is a good hospital for bringing your pet dogs and cats, for our pitbull terrier due to sprain his X-ray was done and after recommendations to bring medicines and injections, the hospital compounder injected and relieved us. The best part was everything was done free of cost with ease. Thank you!
Very poor services. Apparently Rabies injections are free from govt vet hospitals but they ask you to purchase the same and bring it. Also dont go there around 12:30 pm even by chance, they will not entertain you and ask you to come after 2. Very non co-operative.
Its a very good hospital and staff is also very polite to me.. overall experience is very good and in future will go again definitely
