Today I visited Neha Veterinary Hospital and was impressed by its cleanliness and hygiene Although I had read reviews about the hospital before my visit, my experience exceeded expectations, The quality of service was outstanding, and the staff members were exceptionally professional Dr Azeemulla, in particular, provided excellent care and I highly recommend his consultation. All his explanations were very clear in very simple language.convincingly I want to rate 10 also if options are there. I saw people waiting there to meet him Really I am very happy to see such a beautiful set up for animals

I am sharing this review not to blame anyone, but to share my personal experience and help other pet parents make informed decisions during a medical emergency. I respect the veterinary profession and understand that not every patient can be saved. However, I also believe that when a pet’s condition becomes life-threatening, every warning sign deserves timely attention and appropriate investigation. My dog had previously recovered from tick fever. During this recurrence, he first developed a mild nosebleed while he was still active. We immediately took him to the hospital, but were advised to continue the existing medication, and no CBC or further investigations were performed. The following day, he developed repeated vomiting, which was considered a possible side effect of the medication. Again, no repeat blood tests or additional investigations were carried out. It was only after he developed blood in his urine and his condition became critical that his treatment was changed and intensified. Looking back, I feel valuable time may have been lost. A repeat CBC, clotting profile, and other investigations might have provided a clearer picture earlier. I cannot say these tests would have changed the outcome, but I believe they should have been considered sooner, given his history and warning signs. Another concern was the availability of experienced veterinarians during night emergencies. The doctors on duty appeared to be junior doctors without immediate senior supervision. I respect that every veterinarian starts as a junior doctor, but critically ill patients should always have experienced guidance available. Critically ill pets were also not kept under continuous overnight observation. They were sent back to their rooms without continuous monitoring. We were advised by the senior doctor and director of the hospital to discuss any concerns before he left and, during the night, not to disturb the duty doctor but wait until the morning doctor arrived. In my opinion, this is not appropriate when a patient’s condition can deteriorate rapidly. I also wish to share my experience regarding the senior doctor and owner of the hospital. During routine interactions, I found him polite. However, when I raised concerns about my dog’s treatment, I felt my feedback was not acknowledged. The discussion became defensive, voices were raised, and I no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation while my dog was still under treatment. After my dog passed away, my family and I remained at the hospital for nearly two and a half hours. During that time, the senior doctor and owner did not come to meet us. As grieving pet parents, we had hoped for an opportunity to ask questions, understand what had happened, and receive some empathy For a veterinarian, a patient may be one of many cases. For a family, that pet is a beloved member who means everything. This profession requires much more than qualifications or running a successful practice. It requires compassion, empathy, sound clinical judgment, open communication, and the willingness to use every appropriate diagnostic tool when a patient’s condition is worsening. My intention is to encourage reflection and improvement. Finally, I would advise fellow pet parents that if their pet is facing a severe or life-threatening emergency and they feel treatment decisions are being based on assumptions rather than thorough evaluation, they should not hesitate to seek a second opinion or transfer their pet to another hospital. Even if the outcome remains the same, they will have the peace of mind of knowing they explored every possible option.

If you truly love your pets, think twice before trusting them with Neha Speciality Veterinary Clinic. This has been the most devastating and unacceptable experience of my life. Despite hearing numerous negative reviews, I still chose to trust this hospital, hoping my dog would receive ethical, timely, and compassionate treatment. Instead, I was met with negligence, arrogance, and a complete lack of accountability. When I questioned the delay in treatment by an inexperienced duty veterinarian, Dr. Azeemulla became defensive and aggressive instead of addressing our concerns. Rather than acknowledging what had gone wrong, he dismissed us by saying he was busy and that we were wasting his time. We were repeatedly assured that everything was under control. The very next morning, my dog died inside the hospital. To make matters worse, the doctor who had reassured us never even came to explain what happened or offer condolences. That level of indifference towards a grieving family is unacceptable. A veterinary hospital exists to save lives, not to let ego take priority over patient care. Degrees, awards, and titles mean nothing if compassion, responsibility, and professionalism are missing. Pets are not business transactions. They are family. Every family that walks into your hospital places complete trust in you, and that trust should never be betrayed. I sincerely hope this clinic is held accountable for the standard of care it provides. No family should have to experience the pain and trauma that we have gone through. People deserve to know exactly what kind of experience they may be walking into before they entrust their beloved companions to this hospital.

Worst Experience -Do Not Recommend Today I took my cat for grooming, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as the groomer started, I got a bad feeling, he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When I asked if he was experienced, he told me he had two years of experience, but that was clearly not true. The place was unprofessional, and they didn’t even have proper grooming tools. They were only using trimmers, no scissors at all. When I asked about it, one person said they use scissors, and another said they don’t. That kind of confusion says everything. The worst part was when I saw my cat’s tail. It had been poorly trimmed with a trimmer, and when I asked about it, they blamed me and said my cat had a skin infection, which is not true. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses. I couldn’t bear to let them continue. I stopped the session halfway and left. My cat looked worse than when we arrived. It broke my heart to see him like that. For them, he’s just a cat—but for me, he’s everything. I strongly advise all pet lovers to avoid this place. They don’t treat your pets with the care and respect they deserve. I'm writing this update after reading the response from the hospital management. I’m genuinely disappointed by your reply. The least you could have done was offer an apology, instead of trying to shift the blame onto me. How else would I know the details of your grooming service if I hadn't actually visited? I have a 2-year-old male cat, and I’ve been a regular customer—coming in for consultations and regularly buying food for my pet. I had no intention of making false claims; everything I shared in my original review is the truth based on my experience.
