Dr. Rana has been Cooper’s regular vet for some time, but the way he handled this recent emergency has made us even more grateful to have him. Cooper had been vomiting, and the tests showed an intestinal obstruction. We were extremely worried and feared that he might need immediate surgery. Dr. Rana stayed calm throughout, studied every report carefully, repeated the imaging when needed, and chose a conservative treatment path while monitoring Cooper very closely. It was never a casual wait and watch approach. Every step was thoughtful, measured and based on how Cooper was responding. The treatment worked, and Cooper eventually passed a large mango seed that had caused the obstruction. What could easily have turned into a major surgery was managed without putting him through an invasive procedure unnecessarily. What we appreciate most about Dr. Rana is his judgement, patience and genuine concern. He knows Cooper well, understands his medical history, and never made us feel rushed, even when we were anxious and asking many questions. Cooper is now doing absolutely fine, and we are deeply thankful to Dr. Rana for handling the entire situation with such skill, care and compassion. He is truly the kind of vet every pet parent hopes to find and also a great human being. Wish him the very best!
