I had a wonderful experience with my vet Dr Amol .The doctor guided me properly regarding my dog’s diet, nutrition, and overall care with great patience and attention. Every concern was explained clearly, and I was made aware of many important things about dogs, their health, habits, and preventive care. The service provided was truly excellent, professional, and caring. It is rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate towards animals. I feel much more confident and informed as a pet parent after this experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and dedicated veterinary care.

I truly cannot express in words how grateful I am to New Pet Life care centre. The experience I had with you all is something I will always carry in my heart. I will forever feel indebted for everything you did for my little one. My two-month-old female beagle, Pixie, was suffering from a severe gastro issue which was later diagnosed as Canine Parvovirus. As a first-time pet parent, I was extremely scared. The internet can often make things even more frightening, but I learned an important lesson — always trust the professionals over what you read online. I am forever grateful to Dr. Amol, the person behind bringing back happiness and hope for Pixie. A heartfelt thank you to Pawan and Yadav Ji as well. I cannot thank you all enough. While you were treating Pixie with complete professionalism, you were also giving me strength and reassurance during one of the most stressful moments for me as a pet parent. Your compassion and understanding meant everything. Thank you for not just treating Pixie, but for giving me hope when I needed it the most. I will always be grateful.

I’m truly grateful to New Life Pet Care Center for taking such good care of my pet during a stressful time. The doctors and staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and cooperative—they made us feel calm and supported throughout. What really stood out was that they even call for follow-ups, which shows how responsible and dedicated they are towards every animal they treat. They’re not just helping my pet, but so many others as well. I genuinely appreciate their effort and would highly recommend this hospital to every pet parent 🤍🐾

This vet clinic is just opposite(cross road) Gurudev hotel. There is a pet food and accessories shop. From there the person will guide you to 1st floor in same building where you'll meet doctor. Had taken my friends dog and he said results are fantastic. Much recommended doctor in Badlapur-kalyan zone.
