I took my dog to this clinic for a skin infection and had a very disappointing experience. We were prescribed a lotion and told to keep using it whenever the infection returned, but were never informed that it was steroid-based or advised about possible side effects. Over time, my dog became unwell. My dog was also prescribed thyroid medication that did not seem to suit him, yet we were advised to continue despite no improvement. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the communication and treatment approach. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

Excellent place for the pet lovers to take care of their pets. Met Dr. Rana there to take his opinion on the reports and found him very down to earth, precise in discussion and straightforward in his approach. This really touched my heart as my dog Alex is suffering from tumor near his heart. I strongly recommend people to visit the clinic for any or all of their pet problems. Good luck!

I took my vaccinated Husky to this clinic because a bone was stuck. After visiting the clinic, my dog became very sick and later caught distemper. Unfortunately, my dog passed away. I am deeply disappointed with the hygiene and infection control at the clinic. Pet owners trust clinics to keep animals safe. Very painful experience.

Doctor Rana l, Doctor Bhavna, learned doctors and the entire Niti bagh staff is the best in the pet care industry. I can vouch for their knowledge and expertise with closed eyes and I wish all cute pets to get well soon including my 9 year old rescue baby Toffee who’s battling cancer/tumour since a while now. ✨🌸😇 🐶

Dr. Rana is by far one of the best veterinarians in NCR. We have been seeing him for almost two decades now and being a pet loving home, we take great interest & attention in our pet's care. I completely endorse Dr.Rana and his kindness & love for animals is abundantly visible.
