Dr. Pampapathi is very skilled and experienced. He listens to us pet parents very patiently and explains exactly what our pet is going through and suggests the best treatment for them. What i truly appreciate about doctor is that he was not only compassionate towards my pet alone but also to another dog that I had rescued for treatment. The hospital is very clean and hygienic, it has wonderful equipments and the junior doctors and staff are also very polite and helpful. I had a good experience with them.

Best Vet Surgeon in Bengaluru🙏🏻 Dr. Pampapathi sir is truly the best veterinary surgeon in Bengaluru, with outstanding expertise and vast experience. I have never seen a doctor operates so smoothly and successfully on an 18-day-old leg fracture for small breeds, which is extremely rare and challenging. This miracle happened with my Rocco (Toy Poodle). What once felt impossible became a reality—within just 3 weeks, Rocco is happily jumping and playing on his tiny legs, something we could only dream of earlier. We are forever grateful for him and also his entire team's skill, care, and dedication. I highly recommend Dr. Pampathi sir to every pet parent without any hesitation. May God bless all your furry kids 🙏🐾

TL, DR; Pampapathi does spaying and neutering well. Uses Gemini AI to diagnose serious conditions and almost chopped my boy cat's ear off unnecessarily. He doesn't have experienced people who he can turn to for advice, just one man running the show with younger minions who have to say yes, sir. Maybe its time to retire? Dr Pampapathi spayed and neutered my girl and boy cats - great work there. Both are fine. My boy had a little lesion on his ear that we showed Dr Pampapathi. He suggested an FNAC under Anaesthesia for a small lesion. He put my cat under anaesthesia for the surgery (which he told he'd do), used anti anaesthetic drugs to get him out of it (didn't tell us he would do this, didn't ask permission, don't know why he gave it, but it cost as much as the anaesthesia). The test said the boy has spindle cells hyperplasia in his ear. This "experienced" doctor shows us the first result on Gemini AI for what are best paths for spindle cells - Pinnaectomy - removing the ear flap completely. And he uses a fake Australian accent to say it so we believe him some more. Obviously, we weren't going to listen to a man who needs Gemini to tell him what to do, no matter how bad his fake accent. He tells us its 25k and then tells us to do it soon because he is leaving the country on an overseas trip. We asked for advice from doctors at Cessna, who asked us to wait and see if it really is cancer. They asked a cancer specialist in Mumbai and they said the same thing. 3 weeks later, the lesion has completely gone away and my boy is fine. I'm just grateful I have a working brain and feel happy I didn't sponsor Pampapathi's trip overseas or his visits to Pump House next door. This man needs money badly now that he is getting close to retirement, bad time to visit him.

I cannot thank Dr. Pampapathi and the entire team at this hospital enough for saving my cat, Stormy. We brought her in as a critical emergency with a severe intestinal blockage, a dangerously distended colon, and a very guarded prognosis. Her situation was incredibly complex, but the team acted with absolute urgency, skill, and professionalism from the moment we walked through the doors. When conservative treatments weren't enough, the surgical team successfully performed a life-saving emergency laparotomy and colon resection. Throughout the agonizing wait during her surgery and the highly critical 72-hour ICU recovery window, the doctors and technicians monitored her around the clock. They were completely transparent about the risks, patiently answered all my anxious questions, and treated Stormy with so much compassion. Today, Stormy is finally back home and healing safely. It is entirely thanks to the immediate, expert care and the unwavering dedication of this veterinary team. If you ever find yourself in a terrifying emergency with your pet, this is exactly the team you want by your side. Highly recommended!

I visited Pampapathi pet hospital late at night for an emergency with my cat, well after regular clinic hours. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Narayana Murthy for the care we received. He stayed back without hesitation and handled everything with remarkable patience and calmness. He didn’t rush at any point, took the time to manage everything properly, and made sure my pet was safe and stable before I left. Truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism. Thank you for going above and beyond. Highly recommended.
