I waited to share the review because I wanted to see how does this clinic turn out to be in the long run. Turns out, they are amazing and I mean it. From Arun (one of the partners) to Dr. Rohini, Dr.Mudit to Fahim (the grooming boy), each and every member here takes care of your fur-baby. I have been visiting this clinic with my ginger boy, Myro for about a year now and they have never disappointed me. They are attentive towards Myro and pamper him a lot. Hence, despite me moving to a different locality, I would continue to bring my fur-baby to Papa's Lifeline due to their courteous, loving and attentive service towards my Baby! :) In fact I would suggest this clinic to others as well!

I had to visit Papa’s Lifeline Clinic late at night for an injured stray dog, and I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled the situation. They took the dog in without hesitation, assessed his condition properly, and immediately started treatment. The staff was responsive and kept us informed about his condition, which really helped in a stressful situation. It’s clear they have experience dealing with emergency and stray cases. The treatment did turn out to be on the slightly expensive side, but it’s understandable given the level of care, infrastructure, and round-the-clock support they provide. Clinics like these also need to sustain themselves while offering such services. Overall, I had a positive experience, especially considering the urgency of the situation. Appreciate the team for stepping in when it mattered. Highly recommend their doctors and staff for their support.

The doctor is very delusional. Without any blood test he kept giving medicine to my cat for 5 days and now she is fighting between life and death. He did the entire diagnosis based on assumptions. He is very naive and needs to treat animals with care. He is denying responsibility and sent the cat home saying she is fine. Very horrible staff and doctor please don't go here for your pet. Poor hygiene and no 24 hours service. Doctor was absent in emergency condition in the night.

I have to say that the entire team at the Banaswadi clinic exude kindness and compassion. Very thankful to Dr Rohini and her team, and Arun for looking after my rescue cat pre and post her being spayed. Noticed a few happy hero dogs fumbling along happily, despite their condition. That says a lot about the atmosphere. Thank you all and for easing my stress as my girl recovered🙏

Today I had visited the place for grooming session for my cat It took them from 4pm to 8:30 pm because of power cut again issues When I had called for appointment I was not informed about the power cut if I was informed about it before hand I would have chosen another day Also I was traumatised by today’s experience I was present in hospital when a woman brought her nursing dog for consultation for some reason the dog was very much healthy jumping around and full of energy after consultation some doctor or so called “surgeon“ asked her to get dog’s surgery over something The dog was all fine when woman left the dog in the surgery room she went home for few minutes to get something Till she returned the dog was cut open and I believe the surgery went wrong that dog died on table the dog was all fine before entering I found out about dog’s death when the woman returned I was in shock I was present there whole time waiting for my cats grooming session to get over I didn’t realise the dog died till the woman returned I will never take any of my pets there again That hallow feeling in pit of stomach I felt after hearing that woman crying for her pet I wish this never upon any animal Please dont take your pets here I will be honest this was not my first visit but after experiencing this today I won’t visit this place ever again The dog had 15 days pups at home to nurse I can’t imagine what the woman is going through
