The best clinic you could choose for your pets. Dr. Azam and his team did an exceptional job treating and caring for my dogs throughout their recovery. Their professionalism, dedication, and compassion gave me great confidence during a difficult time. I would highly recommend them to every pet parent looking for quality veterinary care.
The doctor treated my kitten, which was overdosed with a medicine proscribed by some other doctor and was on her death bed. The kitten is perfectly fine now. I'm glad I visited a right vet it that emergency situation.
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this pet shop, and I feel it’s important to share it so other pet owners are aware. The level of care and professionalism here is extremely poor. The person referred to as “Doctor Azam” showed a clear lack of proper knowledge and understanding when it comes to handling and treating pets. As a pet parent, it was very disturbing to see such careless behavior. Pets are not objects—they are living beings who need proper medical attention, empathy, and expertise. What was even more upsetting was the way animals are treated here. There is no sense of compassion or responsibility. It felt like the focus was only on making money rather than genuinely helping or caring for the pets. Basic communication was also lacking—there was no clear explanation of the issue, treatment, or next steps. When we trust someone with our pets, we expect at least a minimum standard of care, hygiene, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this place fails on all counts. I would strongly advise other pet owners to think twice before bringing their pets here. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their knowledge, staff training, and overall attitude towards animals. Pets deserve much better care than what is being provided here.
The best place for you pets, have got multiple treatments done for my puppies. Will recommend it to everyone!!
Dr.Azam is the best vet. he has impeccable knowledge of his field and I do not trust anyone in Bangalore except him for my dogs
