I have been their recently for the case of a parvovirus in 3/4 months old female puppy. She was diagnosed and i was told the amount will be 2400 per day. I wasn’t told about the recurring blood tests and a specific medicine which was given to treat anemia in the baby. I agreed due to time constraints and the condition. But when she was being released on the final day they made a bill of 29000 rupees. In which they included treatment for two days but record said otherwise (i did not check cctv but please if you are getting a stray dog treated here keep a check on their treatment) . They overcharged for parvo kit the market cost is 850 they were charging 1600. They overcharged for CRESP medicine which I got from dealer at 1500 they charged 2800 and that too they charged for two of them. But only used one CRESP and were charging for another medicine which they never gave. When I started asking questions the dr said we can only 10% discount and never spoked anything. The staff spoke to me rudely and when I asked these questions he got embarrassed and just asked me to pay the amount which I think is right. I already paid them 9000 as advance and on that day i was expected to pay 20k more but I managed to pay approximately 10k it was little less than that. However this is very dissapointing that in the name of stray seva or animal care they are looting common ordinary rescuers who cannot afford that much. A parvovirus that can be treated in lumsum 5-10k outside their fancy clinic they are charging 30k for that. The treatment is fine but the charges are mindless and staff is terrible. Do not go to this clinic unless you’re a rich rescuer who does not have financial constraints. I have also have previously visited here-for the treatment of the dogs once there was eye surgery that was conducted on a female dog another was a small puppy, it was a case of a severe dog bite. Both these cases were handled well and cost of the treatment was as slightly above than my expectations and affordability but I managed trusting the dr and the treatment.

If you want to keep your pet alive never visit this clinic. No service provided at all. The doc is such a jerk that he doeant even faces the patient. No doc available. No fan no water no attendant and no timimg for the doc visit. In fact the doc never visits and leave the pet to die. Definitely its a false ad on google which says its open 24hrs when there is no doc no staff and ofcourse the doc never answers the phone. Beware of visiting this clinic if you love your pet.

I, Bindiya Arora, cannot thank Dr. Manu enough for saving the life of my kitten, Ash, whom I had rescued from my workplace. I found Dr. Manu online and was immediately impressed by his politeness, patience, and willingness to help over the phone. My kitten had a severe injury – his femur bone was broken into five parts. Dr. Manu performed a complex surgery with utmost precision and took excellent care of him. The staff at the clinic was equally warm and kind, and their dedication truly stood out. I often visited my kitten unannounced during his recovery, and not once did I feel he was neglected. It has been a wonderful experience knowing Dr. Manu and witnessing his passion for animals. Thanks to Dr. Manu and his incredible team, Ash has made a full recovery and is thriving. I am deeply grateful for their efforts, and I know Ash is too!

I recently got three of my cats neutered under the care of Dr. Manu Mishra through Barket’s sterilization drive, and the experience was exceptional. Dr. Mishra is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, ensuring that every stage of the process—from pre-operative preparations to the surgery and post-operative care—was seamless and stress-free. The partnership between Dr. Mishra and Barket reflects a shared commitment to animal welfare, and my cats received the best possible care. The entire process, which took about a week, was handled with such expertise that I felt completely reassured throughout. Thank you, Dr. Mishra and Barket, for your dedication and for going above and beyond for our furry friends. Highly recommended!
