I had a wonderful experience at Paws Passion Vet Clinic with Dr. Aviral Dixit. I brought in two Indie puppies infected with parvo(whose names are CHAI & COFFEE), and Dr. Dixit went above and beyond to treat them with utmost care and compassion. What truly touched me was his kind gesture—he didn’t charge me any consultation fees or payment for their treatment. His dedication to animal welfare is truly commendable. The clinic is well-equipped, clean, and has a warm, welcoming environment. The staff is also very professional and caring. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate veterinarian, I highly recommend Dr. Aviral Dixit and Paws Passion Vet Clinic..! sir i always owe you. thank for you kind and sweet gesture😊🙏

Great place for getting your babies checked up. Friendly staff, the doctor is really helpful and polite! I got my 3yo golden bathed and groomed here and they handled him with ease. 10/10 would recommend.

“Very disappointing experience. The clinic was careless and unprofessional during my cat treatment. Because of their negligence, I lost my beloved pet. I would never recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their animals. Please be more responsible with innocent lives.”

This is for the OWNER and all the pet parents who truly love their kids. If your pet’s in a critical condition you should take them to Max Vets Greater Kailash. I wish Dr Aviral had suggested me to do this. He simply gave up saying IT’S UP TO HER NOW. Dr Aviral tried everything BUT He gave up on Snowy when SHE WAS NOT ready to give up, when she was still breathing! She literally fought that pain of taking needles in her body twice a day for 5 days just to be with us. Also, I didn’t find his staff following basic hygiene standards. Almost every second day I had to ask if they sanitized their hands or not. Infections in pets spread easily and this is the least they should do. Aap dusre pet ko dekhne se pehle apne aap ko aur table ko ache se sanitise kiya kro. Un dino maine kitni baar aviral ko staff ko bolte hue sunliya tha table saaf krne ke liye. Ye basic cheezen staff ko apne aap dekhni chayye. I would give a zero rating to the staff over there 👎🏻. If you’re visiting paws passion, please don’t hesitate to ask them to sanitise everything. Writing this review to help brothers and sisters who have lovely pets. I wish the dr had suggested me some other place instead of saying that it’s up to her immunity. I am sure he himself didn’t know about it warna wo suggest krdete ki isko aap kahin aur lejao. But nhi kiya! Aur jab mujhe pta laga hospital ke baare me tab tk der hochuki thi. Hum snowy ko lekar jaarhe the but she took her last breath in my arms on her way. Never BLINDLY trust any doctor. Take second opinion. I wish I had taken a second opinion at the right time. I know this review is going to be taken down because doctors never admit their mistakes wo bas yehi bolte hain ki humne to pooori koshish ki thi! 15.07.2023🌸
