⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 3½ years and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better veterinary team. Always had a very bad experience with my pets at other pet hospitals but once I started taking my pets here I immediately could trust doctor with my whole heart . Dr. Shwetha very kind, patient and compassionate. I would trust no one else with my pets because I know they are always in the safest and most caring hands with her. She treats every animal with so much love and dedication and always very reassuring. I would suggest this hospital for every pet parent out there. The entire staff deserves equal appreciation they are always warm, friendly gentle making every visit a positive experience. Their kindness and genuine concern for every pet and pet parent never go unnoticed. Thank you Dr. Shwetha for your unwavering care and support. You have earned my complete trust, and I’m forever grateful for the love and attention you give to my pets.

It’s not a “fancy” hospital, but the doctors here are excellent. Dr. Jayanth saved our fur baby after the vet at another grooming and vet chain (the fancier kind, hence the reference) wrongly diagnosed her worsening eye infection as an “insect bite”! Dr. Swetha too is amazing with all the animals and the staff here is super approachable and helpful. We went here after multiple pet parents in the area recommended it and can’t recommend it enough ourselves.

DON'T TRUST THEM This place has multiple issues 1. We took two stray dogs. One was given a gastro injection and sent back saying doesn't looks much. When actually that puppy had parvo. We took the puppy to Curative pet hospital in the evening and the doctors diagnosed her with parvo within an hour. 2. We took another puppy who had fever, they did not do any thorough investigation and instead gave her vaccination. The puppy fell sick the next day and died by evening. We don't even know what happened to her. 3. We admitted a dog with severe head injury and leg fracture. The doctor kept the dog there for a week and kept treating for injury...which is fine. But they kept saying nothing can be done and the dog may need surgery. When we asked them explicitly, then they said 'they' can't do anything and they cannot do surgery because they are not equipped with the right resources. Wasted so much time and money where we could have taken the dog to a better hospital and got the treatment started early. 4. There's one male doctor who told us to stay away from STRAT dogs when we took a stray for treatment. It was the dog number 2(above). There's one female doctor she is a good compassionate lady but she cannot take anything critical. Added one star only for her efforts.

Paws Valley Pet Hospital in Kaggadasapura is a haven for our furry friends! From the moment we stepped in, the warmth of the staff was palpable. Dr. Swetha and Dr. Ashish are like pet whisperers, combining their vast knowledge with genuine compassion. They took the time to explain every detail about my pet's health, making me feel reassured and informed. The clinic itself is spotless and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring the best care possible. It's not just a pet hospital; it's a place where pets are treated like family. They also offer a delightful selection of pet toys and accessories, along with an in-house pharmacy for all your pet's needs. My pet left happy and healthy, and I left with peace of mind, knowing they were in expert hands. If you're looking for top-notch veterinary care with a personal touch, Paws Valley is the place to go. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and love for animals. Highly recommended.
