“I recently visited Pawzz Town Clinic in RR Nagar for my pet’s grooming, and I couldn’t be happier! The way they handled my pet with so much love, patience, and care truly touched my heart. My pet came back looking fresh, happy, and stress-free. It’s not just grooming, it’s genuine care here. Highly recommended to all pet parents!”

I bought a beagle puppy from this shop. I had clearly told the shop owner Dilip that we are vegetarians and don't give any non-veg food to the dog. Still he billed for 15kgs of dog food containing animal fat and protein and fish oil. I kept requesting for a refund which he never gave and he never admitted his mistake. He kept telling me that everyone gives the same food to their dogs. I believe he clearly cheated me by billing for something which I did not want. He was highly unprofessional after selling the dog. I don't recommend this shop to anyone. Beware of Dilip. He may cheat you without you even knowing about it

Very bad experience with (owner)Mr Dilip During my last , Dilip explicitly tried to demand more money from us, essentially trying to take advantage of the fact that we are regulars who frequently shop here. Instead of appreciating our repeat business and showing basic customer loyalty, Dilip treated us like an open wallet, assuming we would just blindly pay inflated or unauthorized extra fees.
