The staff here is highly inexperienced and unprofessional they don't know what treatments should they give for any injury, nor they recheck their knowledge before getting practical with the innocent dogs. They give them the treatment they feel is right or maybe the only treatment which they must be knowing. They increase the problem more and more, and result with another problems, and then they don't even bother to be answerable to their clients. Shame on such clinics and such people who play with the innocent creatures and the trust of the people, just for the sake of earning money.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! Worst experience ever at a pet accessory store. Ms.Sonia just talks rubbish about other doctors and tries to show as if they are "THE BEST" but in reality, she doesn't understand the concept of customer care and customer satisfaction. They sell the accessories by saying that it is one of the best and of top notch quality and tries to overcharge you for the products and when the customer faces a problem or is dissatisfied with it after buying the very next day,her response is "aapko lene se pehle sochna chahiye tha, sab chinese items hai can't exchange". Not going back there for any of my pet supply needs ever.

If you honestly love your dog, never ever take your baby to them. After the death of Dr. Ramchandani (the real doctor) this place is the worst you can do to your dog. They made my dog blind, she was suffering from sugar and these people gave her unlimited amount of glucose that took her eyes away. They are Improfessional and know nothing about dogs. One of their workers was once trying to find my dog’s nerve to inject something but he couldn’t so he inserted the needle more than 15 times in my dog’s leg, due to which her leg has a big uncurable wound now! The amount of money they charge is unbelievable, I gave them thousands of Rs. and got my dog’s eyes taken away against the same. I request you not to take your little babies to them 🙏 :)
