Feedback for Pet Aid Clinic, Bani Park We did not receive clear answers or proper guidance when our pet was seriously unwell. Treatment at another clinic helped identify the root cause and our dog recovered. When vaccination was due, Pet Aid refused without examining our pet. Another clinic examined him and vaccinated safely. Informing Pet Aid about this led to an unprofessional response and we were eventually blocked. Very disappointing experience.
