Pet Bond Vet Care is truly exceptional — they treat every pet like their own child. My Loki (my doggo kid) absolutely loves the staff and doctors there. Dr. Shradha and Dr. Sathya are true pet lovers as well as professionals once they saved my boy after he swallowed a chicken bone, and that day I witnessed two genuinely passionate vets doing everything they could to help him. Since then, I’ve always trusted them completely. As a pet parent, I tend to ask endless questions about feeding, weight management, supplements, and overall care — and they never hesitate to answer. They patiently explain every single concern in detail, which is something I truly appreciate. What I admire most is their honesty. They never push expensive supplements or unnecessary food products. Instead, they always recommend what is genuinely best and most suitable for your pet. If you are a pet parent looking for a caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable vet, this is absolutely the ideal place for your furry kid. Highly recommended — 100%

Dr Shraddha and team are the best. Both my four legged babies get treated by them and have always had the best results. They are very caring and I trust them completely. Thank you for what you do.

I visited this clinic with a stray puppy. I was very disappointed with the service. Only one doctor was available. The helper and staff did not have basic knowledge of treating stray dogs. They did not know that the wound should be cleaned properly before applying medicine. The helper was reluctant to handle the stray dog and even complained about the smell. This behavior is unacceptable in a veterinary clinic. Staff should be properly trained to handle and treat stray animals. I am not satisfied with the service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst grooming experiences I’ve ever had. I took my dog to Pet Bond for a spa and haircut, expecting professional grooming and gentle care. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The groomer didn’t spend even a few minutes discussing my requirements before starting. He never asked about my dog’s coat, grooming history, or the haircut I wanted. I clearly instructed him not to cut the hair too short, but he completely ignored my request and gave my dog an almost zero cut, completely ruining the look. What upset me the most was the way my dog was handled. The groomer was very rough while holding my dog, who was crying and clearly uncomfortable throughout the grooming session. Instead of handling my dog calmly and gently, he continued in the same manner. As a pet parent, it was heartbreaking to watch. The grooming process also seemed unprofessional. He started cutting the hair before giving a bath, then gave the bath, and later continued cutting the hair again. When I questioned this and expressed my concerns, instead of explaining politely, he became argumentative and repeatedly told me to “stay outside.” I paid for a professional grooming service, but what I received was poor workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and a very upsetting experience. This was a complete waste of my time, money, and trust. I sincerely hope Pet Bond improves its grooming standards, trains its staff to communicate properly with pet parents, and ensures that every animal is treated with patience, care, and respect. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend their grooming services.
