  Never again, my puppy has been traumatised enough. Who gives a 3.5month old baby (who has touching PTSD from his 1st groomers visit) 3 injections daily back to back? For a mere ear infection. Full of antibiotics and antiallergies. He’s just a baby. My baby never wanted to return here. His first vet was kharb, and he would also enjoy reaching that clinic, he even had very good behaviour at that clinic. Just the way the attendants held my little puppy was enough for me to see that the patience in this clinic is very minimal. They have a lot of footfall but I cannot see my pup suffer in front of my eyes. Knowing that a patient is traumatised from a previous manhandling experience, you would imagine they would be extra careful to treat this patient. But they held my little puppy down which 2 men and put the injection. One time toh the injection was still in my pup while the liquid oozed out and it didn’t even go all in. My pup and I both have nightmares from here. PN: I took my pup to kharb’s who performed an ear canal hair removal and my pup is infection free for 2 months now :)

  We went all the way from Rohtak to get a street dog named M.J. treated. He had been ill for the past 3 months, and we had already tried almost every doctor and veterinary university in our area. M.J.’s condition was very critical. Dr. Synghal gave us excellent advice regarding his surgery, and above all, he didn’t charge us a single penny. God bless this hospital and Dr. Synghal. He is a true gentleman 👍

The consistency of the team here says a lot. In all these years, hardly anyone has left, which is rare in this profession and speaks volumes about the culture, care, and leadership. You walk in and see familiar, caring faces who truly know your pets. Another thing that deserves special mention: Dr. Synghal treats strays even after hours. That compassion isn’t advertised, it’s lived. That alone earns deep respect. From an infrastructure standpoint, this clinic is exceptionally well-equipped: - X-ray, ultrasound, and advanced diagnostics - A professional drying machine imported from Germany, something many vets don’t invest in - Clean, organised, and thoughtfully run facilities The clinic is conveniently located in SuperMart 2, with ample parking space, which is a blessing when you’re carrying an anxious pet. Dr. Synghal is highly respected in the veterinary space, and it shows, not just in his knowledge, but in the trust he’s built over decades with pet parents like us.   I liked the staff and the overall ambience of the place. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff takes good care of the pets. They have huge variety of products and medications. The service is quick and you don't need to wait a lot. The pricing is decent for being in gurgaon. If you are living near by its a good option.

  Worst doctor please dont ever risk life of your pet by taking them to Dr synghal Dr Deepshika is so inhuman and untrained My happy healthy baby was killed by wrong daignose and wrong treatment
