I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in my pet's well-being. We had an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour before being seen. When we finally got in, the vet was rushed and dismissive, barely spending any time examining my pet. I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously, and the lack of communication was frustrating. Additionally, the clinic was not very clean, which is unacceptable for a place that deals with animal health. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their pet's health and well-being.

Doctor(Gaurav Bhati) is only money minded. Un necessary costly medicine is given and not able to find the root cause. Not reliable at all, so don't visit in case of any issues to your dogs. He was unable to diagnose the actual issue and keep on giving expensive medicines and hence my dog lost his life.
