I brought a cat to this clinic after she had been attacked by dogs. She was weak, unable to move properly, repeatedly gagging, and foaming at the mouth. Because I was concerned about how serious her condition appeared, I asked whether she should stay at the clinic for observation. I was advised to take her home and return later in the evening. Sadly, the cat died before the follow-up visit. Afterward, I was told the cause was a heart attack. As a non-veterinarian, I cannot judge the medical conclusion, but I was left with unanswered questions about whether additional diagnostics, monitoring, or hospitalization should have been considered given the severity of her symptoms. I am sharing my experience so that other pet owners facing trauma cases can ask detailed questions about treatment options, observation, and emergency care before taking an injured animal home.

My baby(whiskey) was just going to be just 2 y next month but we lost her just because of in responsable stuff and doctor. Continually for four days we went to this so called hospital and they did test and charged us more then 10k and in return we got ( lost our child). When we went 1st day the tests were okay but and they after two days of drip every got worst. Uske reports got extremely worst. We continually said whiskey ko stoke aa rhe h even for 1hour which is not normal. But this so called doctor satish, he just said main samjhta hu or bs drips chdate gya. He did even give us any medicine or something jisse agr stock aaye to we can do something but he just ignored but we said. It felt like either is doctor ne jaanbuch kr uski halat ko bigada to make money ya fir use already pata tha he cannot save her but did tell us to make money. He just ignored what we said, she was not well at all, hum baar baar bolte rhe or jab tak hum usko kahi or lekr jaata, she left us. I don't know which kind of doctor and stuff they are, they just want money from us but can't save our child. I won't recommend anyone to go to this place. Everything got worst after visiting pet care hospital. Even ye blood le lete h then pese bhi uko tabhi chahiye but report aane me itna delay baar baar bolo tak jaakr ye bhejte h and jb tak you will wait for report, you will lose your child.

The vets chose dishonesty over honesty. I lost three of my kids Jasper, Molly, Millie under his watch. 4 days of rigorous treatment, it is not possible that the vet did not realise they cannot be saved. As a pet owner you never gave us chance to mentally prepare yourself. Had i know the truth i would still have continued with their treatment. Your medication made them rather weak than helping them with recovery. You failed them. You failed humanity. May God help you!!

I'm always so moved by how amazing and how professional the people of this pet clinic are. The doctors, both have my deepest respect, both Dr Sahdev and Dr Satish. They have a huge heart! And their services are easy on the pocket The helpers are also very compassionate and caring. Lucky and his fellow paravets are the nicest people to have helping your pet. This clinic and it's people make me have hope. Shops like vetic, cp and all that don't compare. All my pets and rescues have always come to Pet care Hospital and I'm very satisfied with it.
