After giving continuous drips and injections my cat stopped moving and looked like paralysed. A doctor should always let the people know what treatment and medications are given to their pets. We had shared the injection drug with other vets and got to know that my cats condition went worse because of those drips. Suggestion for every pet owner is to ask the doctor whenever the treatment is provided about the drugs/injections/IV which going to be used

Dr. Mahadik sir cares and treating the pet very well and their treatment is very good.

This doctor performed a spay surgery on my cat and left one of the ovaries inside. It caused my cat to go back into heat multiple times over the next year. It caused her a lot of stress, giving her liver issues, loss of appetite, UTIs, behavioural issues. I went back to the doctor several times for help, but he never even realised that he could have messed up the surgery and kept treating my cat for other problems. I finally went to Cessna Lifeline in Navi Mumbai and had to get the ovarian remnant removed through an exploratory laparotomy surgery. It was stressful for my cat to undergone a second surgery because of this doctor's carelessness. It also cost me a lot of money and i got the cost of the initial surgery refunded from Mahadik. Gross negligence on part of this doctor caused a lot of suffering for my cat and me. Wouldn't recommend him for surgeries or any cases with complexities.

Dr. Mahadik is very kind, patient and humble doc. He always listens to pet owners query even if it's crowded and never rushes. He's the only vet yet I've come across who loves pets and who has an empathetic side when it comes to stray as he treats them for free.
