  This pet cure and care clinic is very very good. This is my experience. Iam coming with my cat for the past 4 yrs. It was very serious, critical and almost no hopes of survival. It has tick fever also. That time Dr. Siddhi Dharma gave treatment and my cat survived. Necessary treatments were given as required and now my cat is normal. The staffs and the doctors are good and very helpful. I believe in Dr Siddhi mam and belief is the most important thing that everyone should remember.

Every staff member I encountered was supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in Tony’s recovery.   We had such a comforting experience at pet cure and care clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, kind, and genuinely caring toward our pet. The doctor took the time to carefully explain the main issue, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel reassured throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a clinic where both the staff and doctor are not only professional but also so compassionate. We left feeling much more informed and confident about our pet’s care. Highly thankful and would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet parents.

  The overall experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing and distressing. The receptionist had no effective communication or empathy the only response given repeatedly was to “have patience,” despite clearly informing them that my cat was in a critical and unstable condition. We were made to wait for nearly two hours while my cat, who had paralysis in the back legs and tail, was in visible distress and continuously crying. The staff came across as unhelpful and, at times, arrogant. There also appears to be a serious shortage of staff, which further impacts the quality of care and response time. Hygiene standards were very poor. There was no assistance provided to clean my cat. Most concerning was the lack of clarity and confidence from the doctors. There was no proper diagnosis or clear explanation provided, and it did not feel like the clinic had specialized expertise to handle such a critical case. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience, and I would not recommend this clinic for emergency or serious medical situations.

  Dr Dharma Raibole and Dr Siddhi Raibole are one of very few veterinarians who actually cure and care your pets. Level of professionalism and empathy at their clinic is unmatched. Working with compassion for rescue and pets alike. Prompt response on texts and calls even in their busy schedule. Putting all pet parents at ease. The staff is extremely friendly too and is always ready to help. Grateful to both doctors for treating my pet as one of their own :)
