This doctor's licence should be cancelled because he is not worth handling emergency situations when it comes to animals. He must have taken oath (if he really is a Doctor) to save animals at any cost but he has gone against that and taken my 52 days pregnant cat's situation very lightly. On April 23, 2024 my cat was brutally injured by 4 stray dogs with massive loss of blood and dogs canine bite between her stomach and left leg(can be said hip area). I took her to this clinic where Dr. Ashwini Kumar wasn't present but his compounder/assistant was. He did call the doctor explaining the situation and the doctor suggested him to give her antibiotics and few other injections. I was told that because she's pregnant and about to deliver, cannot give her anti-rabies. I was told to bring her two more days for those same doses and dressing. Second day I asked the assistant why don't the doctor see my cat. He responded that doctor is not coming the first half for few days and you can meet him between 6-8pm. I was curious to meet the actual doctor who should have seen my baby for treatment so I met him on third day (April 25, 2024) evening. This doctor did not even checked her personally and was just sitting on his desk, his assistant again doing the 3rd day formalities on my cat. I told the doctor that my cat has not been eating anything since the incident, only drinking water and I'm worried due to kittens in her stomach might have died. Dr. Kumar's response was " even if kittens have died, let's see if she delivers them by herself in a few days as it was due, or else we'll see what to do then" otherwise she was retaliating when medicines were being applied on her wounds means she's getting better. The clinic then gave me oral medication (antibiotics, fever and appetite) for her. The next day, on April 26, 2024, all of a sudden around 2230 hrs, my cat started to feel uneasy and by the time I was looking/following up for 24/7 vet clinics or hospital, she passed away puking green colour toxic(that must have been her dead kittens inside creating that toxic). We, who are from non-medical background might not understand the severity of such situations and I believe it is a Doctor's responsibility to educate people like us that how detrimental it can be if not taken the right action/steps at the right time. Dr. Ashwini Kumar, to earn for those three days otherwise I would have taken my cat to a better facilitator, did not provide a proper/timely guidance and I believe that she could have been saved. My loss is not coming back, but I will make sure that no one else is trapped and loose their children (I refer as children because I know them become part of you). Once again, I say that this clinic is NOT SAFE for pets and DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES to this clinic if you love them. PS: Imagine the time I've spent writing the above feedback which can surely struck minds and believe that this actually happened.

Dr. Ashwini Kumar's license should be revoked immediately. His negligent attitude towards emergency situations for animals is unacceptable. Despite our pregnant cat suffering a severe injury from stray dogs, he showed no urgency or compassion in her treatment. When we brought our cat to his clinic, he didn't even bother to personally examine her, instead leaving it to his assistant. His lack of concern was evident when he callously remarked that even if the kittens in her womb had died, it was not a big deal. This level of indifference is appalling and goes against the very oath he must have taken as a doctor. Despite by brother in law's repeated attempts to seek proper treatment for his cat, she tragically passed away due to complications. It is clear that Dr. Ashwini Kumar's clinic is not equipped to handle serious cases, and his actions have cost us our beloved pet her life. We urge anyone reading this to avoid Dr. Ashwini Kumar's clinic at all costs. His disregard for animal welfare and lack of professionalism makes him unfit to practice veterinary medicine. Our cat's life cannot be brought back, but we hope our experience will prevent others from suffering a similar loss.
