My son brought a stray puppy home from the street, and I sent him to the Pet Health Clinic to get a rabies shot to keep him safe. Instead, the veterinarians prescribed vitamins and other medications, which we administered. They then instructed us to bring the puppy back today, September 10th, for his rabies injection, stating it would cost 300 rupees. When we arrived, however, they charged 1100 rupees for the visit. When we questioned why the price had changed and reminded them they had scheduled us specifically for the rabies shot today, they informed us that the puppy was still too small and administered a different vaccine instead—without informing us beforehand or discussing the price change. Overall, it has been a terrible experience.
