Our kitten is suffering so much because of her.
The injection site is sore and i was informed my sister was dealt very rudely by her assistant .
Her assistant doesn't even know how to talk and was basically communicating in her jatt language which was stressful for a pet parent.
And also after the damage is done they will deny completely thus I am attaching pictures.
We won't be coming to them ever again.
Imagine my sister came for a vacation from abroad now she is stressed and dealing with the present situation

I had a wonderful experience at Pet Prime Veterinary Clinic. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and very pet-friendly. Dr. Sapna is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. She explains everything clearly and treats every pet with genuine compassion and attention.
What really stands out is her dedication and the way she makes both pets and owners feel comfortabe and making the overall experience smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional veterinary clinic.

She is one of the most inexperienced, unethical, and least sympathetic doctors I have come across. My mother took our 3-month-old kitten for ear itching, and we were more or less forced into getting a vaccination. Within just 10 days, she developed an injection-site lump and infection.
The same thing happened last year with our adult cat after being vaccinated by her—we went through nearly two months of sleepless nights treating our baby who had a severe injection-site infection. We still thought it might have been an accident and chose to trust her again.
Now our second kitten has the same issue. When I took her back, there was complete denial, and we were told it looked completely normal.
On top of that, her assistant speaks in a very unprofessional and rude manner, which really makes me question their competence.
We got our kitten checked by another doctor in Sector 14 market, who is much more experienced. He confirmed that the injection site is sore, not normal, and if ignored, it could develop pus. He also mentioned that the injection appears to have been given too deep.
Imagine paying high fees in Gurgaon to get your pets treated by someone so careless. I would strongly advise others not to bring their precious pets here. There is a much better and more experienced doctor available in Sector 14 market.
A final note to the assistant—your behavior was unacceptable. If you spoke like this to someone else, it could easily lead to a formal complaint.

Doctor is very sweet and humble. Very patiently she heard our issue and very calmly she handled the pet. I went for my pet dog there.
