Dr. Jitendra is one of those extremely rare doctors you find. Someone who truly cares for your furry babies as much as you do. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and extremely genuine. His team of handlers, medics and staff are also as remarkable as one can be. I have been taking my pets to him and Jagpal uncle since year 2009 onwards. He is one phone call away even in the middle of the night for any emergency. I am so thankful we came across him. And I would blindly forever recommend him over any other vet in Delhi NCR.

The worst Pet care clinic. Vet is 70 year old man, so rude that almost got harassed. Complaining to Police. His staff is equally RUDE. I wish no one has to ho through such rough experience. Mannersless people. Also the audacity to say- AGAR AAP HUMSE PET KA VACINATION KARWAATE TOH HUM CERTIFICATE KE KAM CHARGE LAGATE…. Do not visit such unprofessionals.

Doctor Jagpal is good and handles thing very well.. This one star rating is for handling of the things for first come first basis system when he is not at the clinic ... We came for hair cut - waited for our turn almost 1 and half hour and then they let someone else(who came after us) go before us. When I confronted unreasonable reasons were presented. There is no problem in waiting but these things really are frustrating. For sure won't come next time. One unhappy customer.
