I’ve already attached a photo of my original review, before you start calling that “fake” as well. Your reply is absolutely pathetic. Instead of addressing the concern, you immediately started questioning who I am and calling my experience a “fake story.” That’s not professionalism that’s insecurity and arrogance. I never had a problem with your policies. The problem is you. The way you talk shows zero respect, zero empathy, and zero sense of responsibility. You don’t know how to communicate with people, especially in serious situations. That “forcefully bring your pet” statement clearly shows how ignorant and disconnected you are. Not every situation is under someone’s control, but clearly you lack the basic understanding to realize that. You keep repeating your rules again and again like that somehow justifies your behavior. It doesn’t. It only proves that you don’t know how to handle customers beyond hiding behind policies. And yes, I went to another clinic because they actually behaved like professionals. They didn’t argue, they didn’t accuse, and they didn’t call people liars to protect their ego. “Hundreds of calls a day” is not an excuse for being rude and disrespectful. If anything, it shows how badly you treat people on a regular basis. Calling a customer a liar without even understanding the situation is disgraceful. Your reply doesn’t defend you it exposes exactly how unprofessional and irresponsible you are. You didn’t prove me wrong. You proved me right.
