  I asked the Dr for help for my Lab. She was pregnant and in labour pain. I already took confirmation to visit my home as we are unable to bring her till clinic. Dr agree too come but when the labour pain start I called the Dr trice but he didn't received my call and my lab delivered her first baby but the baby passed away. I again called the Dr and shared the update with Dr and asked him I need help to deliver her next baby but the Dr refused me come and stated he was in clinic and will not be come and I need any help go to Parel Hospital which was not possible that moment. I asked him to double or triple fees but he was not ready to come. I literally beg him to come but he again and again denied and dropped my call. I tried calling him again but he was not answered my call. I don't think any one required such unprofessional Dr/Careless Dr. I think he must shut his clinic and medical team needs to cancelled his licence.

  Unfortunately, I found the clinic to be quite small and lacking in the necessary infrastructure and equipment needed for pet testing. Despite this, I was surprised to see that they charged significantly more than other clinics I had visited in the past. To add insult to injury, the person who manages the clinic was extremely rude when I called to inquire about the higher charges. In fact, the conversation took an unpleasant turn when he began yelling at me before abruptly disconnecting the call. Needless to say, my experience with this clinic was not a pleasant one. In comparison, I found another clinic that provides the same injection for only 1000 rupees, whereas this particular clinic charged a whopping 2100 rupees. I believe it's only fair to warn others to be cautious when considering this clinic and avoid taking their beloved pets there. I'm sorry to say that I'm currently in the process of filing a consumer complaint against them

  Doctor Prajyot was extremely helpful. We had an urgent case of an injured street cat and we called him at the clinic's closing time. The doctor was kind enough to ask us to quickly come over. They handled it professionally and cared for the pet as if it was their own. After the treatment, the cat has recovered alot within few hours itself. 10/10 would recommend Pet Well Soon!👏
