Dr. Vivek has truly been a lifesaver for my dog. Jerry was diagnosed with early-stage hip displacement, and thanks to Dr. Vivek’s excellent treatment and care, he has made an amazing recovery. Now Jerry can play, jump, swim, and enjoy his life to the fullest. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and compassion.
Absolutely worst experience. I brought my dog Snoopy (German Shepherd) here expecting proper care, but this place is completely untrustworthy. Dr. Vivek Yadav doesn’t even try to diagnose the issue — for every single problem, the only thing he seems to know is putting the dog on a drip. No proper examination, no explanation, no real treatment — just the same careless and repetitive approach. It genuinely feels like there is no concern for the animal’s health or life. Even government vets are far better than this place. At least they make an effort to understand the problem and treat it properly instead of blindly following one method. Avoid this place at all costs. If you truly care about your dog and want them to be safe, do NOT bring them here. You could be putting your pet’s life at risk. Rest is your choice.
Dr Rao is very experienced and handled my pets case with utmost care. I am glad Leo is in good hands. Staff of the clinic talks nicely & handles everything with a lot of patience.
Dr. Vivek is truly a gem of a doctor. My 11-year-old dog was advised surgery by a couple of other vets we consulted, and as pet parents, we were extremely worried. However, Dr. Vivek carefully evaluated the case and suggested an alternative line of treatment instead of immediately opting for surgery- and it’s been working wonderfully. Thanks to his honest advice and expertise, we’ve been able to avoid surgery altogether. He patiently clears every doubt, explains the treatment in detail, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. What really stands out is that he genuinely cares about the well-being of the pet rather than trying to unnecessarily burden you financially, which unfortunately is not always the case in the city. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet!
Good clinic. That said, you must understand that Dr. Rao is a bit rough around the edges. He doesn't sweet talk patients and make false promises. Rather, he talks straight and short and genuinely cares for pets.
