The pet store has a good selection of pet products, but my experience with their grooming service was very disappointing. I took my Persian cat in for a grooming package that included trimming, de-shedding, nail clipping, and a bath, which cost ₹1,000. Initially, I was satisfied with the service, but after returning home, I noticed that my cat was having difficulty walking. Upon closer inspection, I found that couple of the nails had been cut too short, causing bleeding and blood clots around several nails. This is a basic grooming procedure, and such a mistake is highly unprofessional. I've had my cat for four years and have never cut his nails in a way that caused bleeding. While the store may be good for pet supplies, this grooming experience was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I hope they improve their standards so that no other pet owner has to go through a similar experience.
