My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. My friend's cat was treated here, and unfortunately, the outcome was tragic. We felt that communication was poor, our concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall handling of the case left us with very little confidence. I understand that not every case can have a positive outcome, but compassion, transparency, and proper communication are essential. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.
Very disappointing experience. A healthy cat belonging to my friend was taken to this clinic for a routine neutering procedure. Sadly, the cat passed away shortly after the surgery. It was heartbreaking for the family, and the entire experience has left us with serious concerns about the quality of care and post-operative management. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this clinic.
Advice:- Don't visit if you are looking for pocket friendly clinic for your dog or cat. 1- Charges are too high for a single visit. 2- Not pet friendly place :- Dog's pee was on the ground and that was smelling too bad and non of the staff looked after it. 3- Doctor is money minded :- My cat weight was 750 Gram and doctor said this is normal and he checked temprature of my cat and he served some kind of a liquid to him and gave me 2 pouches of a powder to give for loose motions. 4- I arrived the clinic and said i want my cat to get a deworming injection or tablet. But he ignored it and do things without asking. 5- Made a bill of 750 rupees for giving him a liquid and 2 small pouches of a white powder that cures loose motions. *If you are willing to got there expect the price will go above thousand. On the other hand i visited a well renowned and established kind of a brand showroom and joint pet clinic in pitampura , I bought a harness , Doctor consultation was free and doctor said your cat is under weight this cat should weight around 1.2 kg or above not 750gram. And behavior was not money minded and gave injection to my cat with my permission and suggest some more things without any fee. Strongly recommend to don't visit.
I strongly urge pet owners to think twice before taking their fur babies to this clinic. My experience was heartbreaking. My cat underwent a routine neutering surgery here, but after the procedure she became seriously ill. Within a very short time, I lost her. I trusted this clinic with a healthy pet and brought home a critically sick one.
My pup was 40 days old and got sick, we saw a doctor and the way reacted me and my wife was scared like hell if she will survive or not as she was our first. But when we met Dr Arvind we were confident that we can rely on him and trust him blindly she is super healthy and had legs problem which is all good.
