It took me time. But finally i decide to write this review after losing my beloved dog, Choco, following chemotherapy treatment administered at your clinic. Choco was an active, playful, and otherwise healthy dog despite the condition he was being treated for. Prior to chemotherapy, blood investigations and tests were conducted, and I was informed that his vitals were normal and that there were no significant underlying concerns that would prevent treatment. After the chemotherapy session, Choco became lethargic and inactive. I understood that some side effects were expected. However, what I could never have anticipated was losing him entirely. When I raised concerns regarding his deterioration, I was informed that the cause was likely something other than chemotherapy. As a grieving pet parent, I found this explanation difficult to accept. Choco’s decline began immediately after treatment, and I have been left with serious unanswered questions regarding the chemotherapy protocol, dosage administered, monitoring, and overall clinical judgment exercised in his case. In my efforts to understand what happened, I consulted other veterinary professionals. Based on the information available to them, I was informed that there were concerns regarding the dosage administered. While I continue to seek clarity, these opinions have only deepened my doubts and distress. I trusted the advice given to me completely. I was reassured that treatment was the right course of action, and I held on to the hope that Choco would recover and return to his happy, playful self. Instead, I lost him. No review can bring Choco back. What has added to my pain is the lack of empathy shown after Choco’s passing from the doctor. I dont mind you minting money but atleast could hve shown some responsiblity and ethics towards a life. Rest in peace, Choco. You were deeply loved and deserved so much more.
