I got my cat for spay here on suggestion of my vet from mysore road. Was really scared about process as my cat is agressive with strangers and had escaped before when went at other hospital for check up. But things went very smooth here. Surprisingly my Chotu was comfortable with Dr Sandesh It was really stress-free for me and my cat. Doctor and staff here are very empathetic. Thank you Dr and petlifeline staffs and clinic.
I had a worst experience with this Doctor and I don't think he is well suited to treat any other dog with a money-making mindset. He was ready to cut open my dog with the name of partial obstruction on his intestine by only going with what he THINKS. He asked us to do 3 x rays within 2 days with IV drips 4 times, morning and evening keeping a IV piggyback on his leg for 2 days. When we question him that we are not seeing anything on xrays which confirms that there is an obstruction, he replied saying that there might be some obstruction with soft objects like cloth, plastic etc and we should trust on process and don't ask many questions as he will not be explain every medical terms. When he showed an emergency that he has to perform the surgery next morning as we should not delay, we told him to remove the IV piggyback and we want to take another opinion as this is such a big call for us. He said take as many opinion as you want but surgery is required and he was upset as well when we told him to remove the syringe. We took our GSD to Jeeva, got ultrasound done and got a confirmation that it is a gastro issue and not any kind of obstruction and got him treated. He is the worst human I have met who don't mind ruining the life of an animal and his family just to make money. Plz dont take your pet to this so called vet if you care for your buddy.
Dr. Sandesh and his team treat pets like family! 💙 He truly cares for every pet as if they are his own. My pet felt so comfortable and loved during treatment and grooming. Petlifeline is more than a hospital, it’s a safe haven for my pets.

Over the past twenty years, I've been to pet clinics across Bangalore from Kengeri to Jayanagar to Whitefield, and I only wish I'd found this hospital sooner. Dr. Sandesh is absolutely the best, most professional, and most compassionate doctor I've met. His expertise is unmatched in diagnoses, care, treatment, and surgery - the fastest, most effective, most comfortable, and least painful. I'm truly grateful to him and his excellent team for helping with my six cats, and will surely keep consulting him for all my pet related issues going forward. Thank you!
