Have been coming here for my two dogs for several years now, and the experience has always been fantastic. Sara’s range of treats is amazing, the grooming services are excellent (we’ve opted for their long-term grooming and spa package), and they carry a great collection of toys and pet food. All in all, highly recommended!

I am coming to huft from the last 5 years ,and I was a big fan of HUFT!! I am having 5 years old shihtzu. He is very comfortable with pemmi. But from the last one year they are decreasing their quality. Mostly their AC is not working in peak summers. And they start giving excuses. They will take appointment on the name of PEMMI.But someone else will groom your pet.am totally disappointed with their lies .senior management should look in to that.

I recently visited this outlet and i must say, it was an absolute delight. As a dog parent, it’s a pleasure to find a store where people treat your baby doggu like their own family. They had a crazy range of treats and dog food. They actually understood what my dog likes and doesn't like, and gave me some awesome recommendations. The whole vibe of the store was really welcoming and the staff were so helpful.

On 20th June my Shihtzu pup went for grooming session at HUFT golf course road outlet. It was for just bath and face trim, during the grooming I was sitting outside the room.My pet was constantly screaming but I thought it’s normal because dogs normally doesn’t like grooming. I paid INR5000 and came back to home , since then my Shihtzu pup was in pain so badly even he couldn’t walk properly, pee, dull and had itching on over the body. Then immediately I took him to vet where he said, HUFT people mishandled your pet and got sprain in his right back leg. Then I asked HUFT team to show me the video clipping during the session. Initially they refused for this and tried to avoid my calls but when I said I’m going to lodge a formal complaint then the entire team came to my society with Gifts to compensate the damages, which we had returned to them. I was really disappointed and shocked after gone through the video clipping, they literally hold his leg so harshly during the dryer then they put him on another table holding his back from one hand like vegetable. They literally mishandled my puppy. Then we noticed after 3-4 days that my pet had cuts on his genital parts from the trimmer. This small pup is really in pain from last 12 days. I would like to file a formal complaint against the Heads up for tails Golf Course road team. They were so brutal with my little pup and hurt him like a hell. I wanted to click some pics from their cctv footage but they didn’t allow me for this. Still I’m sending you the pics and small clipping. I would like to escalate this matter to their management so that other pets will not suffer . If you can’t treat our kids properly then pls shut down your money making centres immediately.
