I had taken a cat that I rescued from the streets to Pets First Hospital, as she was badly infected with maggots. I was extremely impressed with the care, treatment, and genuine attention given by the doctors and staff. They handled her with so much patience and compassion, and explained everything clearly. They advised daily visits for the next 10 days and were very supportive throughout the treatment process. What truly stood out was that they did not overcharge and were very reasonable with the consultation and treatment costs. I am very happy and grateful for the care they provided. It’s reassuring to know there are vets who truly care about animals and not just the treatment, but their overall well-being. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for ethical, professional, and compassionate veterinary care.

My dog was severely affected by tick-borne disease when I adopted him through an NGO. At the time, he was in a critical condition extremely underweight, covered in ticks around his ears and paws, suffering from low stamina, and barely managing to survive. Late at night, around 12:30 AM, this was the only veterinary clinic available and open. As soon as I brought him in, Dr. Sudhakar patiently listened to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination, and provided detailed guidance on how to care for him throughout his recovery journey. The step by step instructions, treatment plan, and continued support were invaluable during a very stressful period. Thanks to the prescribed medication, professional care, and my dog’s remarkable resilience and fighting spirit, his condition has improved dramatically. He is still under observation, but the progress he has made has been truly encouraging. I would also like to acknowledge the entire clinic team for their compassion and professionalism. During one of our visits, my dog unexpectedly urinated and defecated inside the clinic. Although I felt genuinely embarrassed and apologetic, the staff handled the situation with exceptional patience, understanding, and kindness. My sincere gratitude goes to Dr. Sudhakar, Srinivas, and every member of the clinic who contributed to my dog’s recovery.I am truly thankful for the care and support you all provided.

I had a very good experience with Pets First Hospital, Jayanagar Mr. Ashok took exceptional care throughout the entire process, right from consultation, pre-neutering checks, coordinating with the doctors, sharing regular updates and pictures, to post-surgery follow-ups. He was always available whenever we had questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Dr. Harish did an excellent job with the neutering surgery. The procedure went very well, and the recovery was properly monitored. The care, professionalism, and dedication shown by the team really gave us peace of mind.
