I have Shih Tzu of 6.5 months old and I had gone for complete trim and bath. They have done it very nicely. The staff communicates nicely. There 1-2 cuts , but she had taken basic grooming 3 weeks ago, so thats why may be. All good.

“I recently took my dog to this grooming salon and I’m really happy with the experience. The staff listened to all my requests, were very gentle with my pet, and handled him calmly throughout the session, which made me feel confident he was in good hands. When I picked him up, his coat was clean, neatly trimmed, and tangle‑free, and he smelled fresh without any overpowering perfume. The place looked clean and organized, and they finished within the promised time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this groomer to any pet parent looking for safe, friendly, and professional service.”

Recently I took my lab to this store for bath and grooming. It was a bit of unplanned, but the store owner was kind enough to accommodate us. The best part of this store was the service, it was top class. I took the premium package which included deshreeding. I am particular about the shampoo and the conditioner and I noticed they use the best quality products on our pets. My dog had a great time, he was excellently handled and he thoroughly enjoyed. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!
