"Highly recommended! The doctor is a true lifesaver. He successfully treated my pet dog, Jigly, for Gastro. He also saved 3 street dogs that I care for: Orry and Tiku from severe Gastro, and Chhoti from deadly Distemper. Yes, he takes his fees, but the treatment is top-notch, and the love he gives to animals is ten times more! He never discriminates between a pet dog and a street dog; for him, every life matters. As a dog feeder, I am so grateful that he even gives medicines for street dogs for free sometimes. Truly a compassionate and blessed doctor!"

Best place for my pug, Cooper. More than just a hospital for him, it truly feels like his second home. The love, affection, and above all, the care shown by everyone here is simply beyond words and absolutely top-notch. A special mention — whenever Cooper is unwell and I tell him that we are going to see the doctor, he immediately gets excited. Even he understands that once he reaches the hospital, he is going to feel better very quickly. That itself speaks volumes about the warmth, trust, and care this wonderful team provides. Truly grateful to everyone here for treating Cooper like family.

Horrible experience and gross medical negligence. The vet lacks basic humanity, empathy, and professional ethics. Avoid this clinic if you care about your pet’s life. I took my female dog here after her heat cycle due to heavy discharge. We explicitly requested a sonography, but the vet declined, did an X-ray instead, and confidently diagnosed her with Pyometra. They put her on medications and charged us for the X-ray, but completely refused to hand over the digital or physical X-ray copy to us. A month later, my dog was in severe, visible pain, and the discharge hadn't stopped. When I rushed her back to the clinic, the vet didn’t even bother to take her inside for a physical examination. He simply walked out and casually told me she needed to be neutered immediately, without even checking her vital signs. When I begged for temporary medication to at least stabilize her excruciating pain, he flatly refused to give anything. To look at a helpless animal in that much agony and refuse to even examine or comfort her shows a complete lack of basic human empathy. Seeing her condition worsen to the point where she was fainting from pain, I had to rush her all the way from Kamothe to a proper clinic in Vikhroli. The doctor there immediately did an X-ray and discovered she wasn't suffering from Pyometra at all—she was heavily pregnant and in active labor. Because of this clinic's miserable failure to properly diagnose her a month prior, and their absolute refusal to examine her when she was crying in pain, my poor dog ended up delivering her puppies (one of them was dead already) in the back of an auto-rickshaw on the way home. If this vet had shown an ounce of professionalism or basic humanity, we could have provided her with the right prenatal care. Instead, his coldhearted negligence put my dog and her puppies' lives at extreme risk. This place is completely irresponsible, lacks basic diagnostic skills, and shows zero empathy toward suffering animals. Do not trust them with your pets.

Oh, those five days were so difficult. Our pet coockie (Golden retriever - female)—who is only two months old—had completely stopped eating. We were in a situation where we wondered if she would even survive. But hats off to Dr. Swami; thanks to his efforts, our puppy is now recovering and has started eating again. Thank you, Dr. Swami, as well as Soham and his team, for the excellent treatment.

I prefer Dr.Sonali, who is extremely kind and treats my cat like her own child. She shows an immense level of compassion while treating him, ever since he was a tiny rescue!
