  Had a horrible experience with my cat here. These people are total cheaters trying to loot the customers who care for their pets. We were not in town and got a cat as she was not well. They are sending us a bill of 15k in 2 days. The bill shows 11 injections. This was just absurd. The cat couldn't eat but still charged for pedigree saying that the cat tried to eat. They lies on our face. I'm attaching the bills of before and after our conversation with their staff. You can never ever trust these people.

  Pets paradise is a very gd place for ur pets it safe there is a lot of gd hygiene .the Dr. Ami Sanghvi n her staff r very very gd helpful n she has a team of well trained staff. Dr. Ami Sanghvi is a very nice helpfuln a down to earth person. She understands ur problem. Here the best if the treatment is given to ur pets. Trust me ur pets r safe here. I would like to thnk uu n say God bless to u Dr Ami Sanghvi n. Ur staff too.

  I would like to share something very important about this clinic.I request you most of all not to go to this clinic even by mistake, the docs and staff here are so careless, I have never seen such people anywhere. My pet died because of their carelessness. Let me tell you, they have hired such staff who literally do not know how to print prescriptions and bills. And the biggest thing is that these people do not pick up the call at all during emergency and when they do, they ask to wait for 20 minutes Even if we tell these people that the patient is at the very edge, they ask us to wait for literally 20 minutes and the doctors of these people do not know what exactly has happened to the patient. And different doctors all say different things and even they themselves gives us the meds and tell this to continue for so many days and when something happens to the patient they blame the owners. Why would an owner will give something according to them to their pet? Or give it extra supplements? If this is what an owner has to do, why does he go to the clinic every day and get a consultation? And these people charge so much fees, charge so much money, there is absolutely no cooperative staff, not at all, and forget about money, no owner is sees money when it comes to spend on their pets. Pets are like our childrens to us He just wants them to be healthy. These people literally took fees even on the day my cat died and did nothing when it was about to die.I literally took him and ran to the clinic because he was undergoing treatment at this clinic and when I took him there, the doctor said that he was still breathing a little but he did nothing, he just checked his nerves and said that He died and on that day, also these people took the full fees from me on that day also without doing anything. You want to take money, take as much as you want but at least complete the treatment properly, this is very useless and poor quality clinic. I just want that either the doctors here should be improved or this clinic should be closed and all the pet parents who are reading this, please I request you to go here after thinking carefully and I have all the proofs of this clinic and medical reports and so many medicines have been kept for my pet, he was only 2 months old, these people had given him 7-8 medicines and that too all of high powers. And whenever we used to tell the doctors to check whether there was anything wrong with him or not, they used to say on their own assumptions that there was nothing wrong with him and later so much happened that he died because of this. Please do not go to this clinic.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  This clinic is so bad I mean so WORSTTT I can't even say. The doctors and the staff aur so careless they don't even pick the call and the doctors here doesn't even know what has happened to the pet and they all just blame the owners for everything. They charges so much money but will do nothing. My pet has died because of them. And I have all the proofs of this clinic and all the details of my cat all the bills and medicines everything I have and all WhatsApp chats also i have all the proofs this clinic needs to be shutup down. Cos of their carelessness my pet literally died
