A huge thank you to Dr. Vishal and the entire team at Pet Planet Hospital for giving Lichi a second chance at life. Lichi is a rescued dog. We found her unable to properly use one of her back legs, most likely due to an old accident. Another vet told us that nothing could be done because the bone had already healed. But after consulting Dr. Vishal, we discovered that she had suffered multiple fractures in the past, and a previous surgery had not healed properly. The rod was pressing against her sciatic nerve, restricting the movement of her leg. The surgery was complex, and there was no guarantee she would walk again. But today, she walks on all four legs. After a year of frustration and helplessness, seeing her walk again brought tears to my eyes. What truly stood out was the care we received even after the surgery. The entire team supported us throughout Lichi’s recovery, patiently answering every question and clearing every doubt. Dr. Vishal was even available at 3 AM to answer my concerns, which meant so much during such a stressful time. Choosing Pet Planet Hospital was one of the best decisions we made for Lichi. Their skill, dedication, and compassion gave her a new life, and for that I’ll always be grateful. I’m attaching before-and-after videos to show Lichi’s incredible recovery.
