Very satisfied with the services provided by this clinic. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and genuinely care about pets. The treatment was effective, and everything was explained clearly. They have the greatest service i have ever seen. I order my cats’ food and litter and take them for their regular checks here and have been doing it since years. You can rely on them completely without any worries. My cats love their service.
I'm overwhelmed with gratitude and relief as I write this review about the incredible experience we had with Pet Terminal. Our beloved cat, Gojo, met with an unfortunate accident, falling from the third floor and fracturing his leg. We were devastated, but the team at Pet Terminal became our lifeline. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and utmost professionalism. Dr. Sunil and the surgeon took the time to explain the complexity of the surgery (Pinning)and reassured us that they would do everything possible to ensure Gojo's speedy recovery. Their expertise and confidence were palpable, and we trusted them completely. The surgery was a success, and Gojo's post-operative care was top-notch. The team kept a close eye on him during the one-month observation period, and their follow-up calls and visits were regular and reassuring. It's heartening to see Gojo slowly but surely recovering, and now he's even walking again! 🐾 What truly sets Pet Terminal apart is their dedication to patient care and owner support. Despite being in Kerala, they continued to follow up on Gojo's progress, showing a genuine interest in his well-being. The expenses were reasonable, and the entire process was transparent and stress-free. We're forever grateful to the Pet Terminal team, especially Dr. Sunil and the surgeon, for giving Gojo a second chance at a happy, healthy life. If you're looking for a trustworthy and caring pet hospital, look no further than Pet Terminal. Their commitment to animal care is truly commendable, and we recommend them.
