I would strongly advise against getting your dog treated by Mr. Chetan, and I am also very disappointed with Dr. Kiran’s handling of my case. A few days ago, I visited the clinic with hope that my dog would recover with their treatment. Unfortunately, things became worse. Due to improper handling of the IV catheter, my dog’s front leg became severely swollen and developed blood clots. When I returned to the clinic and requested Dr. Kiran to check her condition, he did not even examine my dog. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and concern. I was charged ₹5500 for a PCR test, and I did not receive the report. When I asked about it, I was told that I would be informed later and then I asked for PCR test refund DR Kiran inform that it is non refundable. I made it clear that I would not continue treatment there and left the clinic. It was only after I left that Dr. Kiran messaged me on WhatsApp offering a refund. However, my concern was never about the money. I only wanted proper care and attention for my dog, especially after her condition worsened due to the IV catheter left in her leg. This experience has been extremely upsetting, and I hope no other pet owner has to go through this. I wasted my Rs-11000. Please choose your veterinary care carefully.
